 Sharon
Castelino is a VP at Home Loans Canada, CIBC's mortgage brokerage
division for the past 10 years. She is also the Executive Director
of the HLC Charitable Foundation, an organization dedicated to
contributing back to the communities in which HLC staff work and
live across Canada. Sharon's responsibilities at HLC include
managing a direct team of 40, overseeing all internet and call
centre operations, leading HLC's business development function as
well as managing a portfolio of 350 corporate & affinity accounts.
In 1999, Sharon earned a graduate degree in Communications and plans
to begin her MBA shortly. Sharon currently resides in Toronto with
her husband and two sons
