Amy has given presentations on software utilization tricks, best office practices and matching gift processes for the Millennium user community, the Annual Advancement Academy, and the Association for Advancement Services Professionals [AASP]. She has also presented for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education at the Summer Institute for Advancement Services, the Senior Advancement Services Professionals conference, several Matching Gift Symposiums and the inaugural Gift Processing Workshop in Orlando through which participation she has earned a number of CASE "faculty star" citations. Amy is an active Founding Member of the Association of Advancement Services Professionals [AASP] for which organization she currently serves on the Board as Membership Chair as well as a member of the Ethics Committee. Brian has also worked at a number of institutions in both the United States and Canada, where he gained understanding, knowledge and perspectives of managing in small, medium and large shops. This experience included multiple system conversions, web site development, budgetary and financial responsibilities, operations management and more. He has consulted in the United States, Canada and Australia, written numerous articles and presents regularly at conferences.
