Minehart is the Director of Advancement Services at Lewis & Clark
College in Portland, Oregon, where he provides strategic leadership
and long-range short-term planning for the areas of gift processing,
database integrity, prospect management, reporting, data analysis,
and system enhancements. James' efforts to restore credibility in
the database, to enhance the functionality of the alumni/development
system, and to enable the end-user to access information has
resulted in a two-year, three-phase database action plan. He has
been working in the nonprofit sector since 1997.
