have worked at Washington College since 2002, originally as the
Computer HelpDesk manager and most recently in my current position
in Development and Alumni Relations. We have been using Benefactor
since 1996 we are currently working on updating our policies and
procedures. We are trying to improve our project planning techniques
and use the Cyclical Calendar to plan our upcoming projects.
