Having worked in Higher Education for 6 years, Lisa Ashworth has spent the past year and a half working for Earlham College as an assistant director of alumni relations and annual giving. Her passion in working with college students has continued since her days of working as a resident director. The phonathon program at Earlham provides her with yet another type of relationship with college students that she enjoys.
